The Department of Management at The Bhopal School of Social Sciences conducted a two-day expert session on “Virtual Trading” for BBA and BA Management first-semester students. It was an informative and insightful initiative to enhance students' understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management. The resource person Mr. Ayush Shrivastav, Director of Shower Wealth guided students on various aspects of technical analysis and virtual trading. The primary objectives of the virtual trading session were: To provide practical exposure to the functioning of financial markets, To enable students to apply theoretical knowledge in a simulated trading environment, To develop critical thinking and decision-making skills related to investment and portfolio management, The event was structured to mimic real-world trading scenarios while using virtual platforms.
Key components included: The allocation of virtual funds to each participating student, Access to a virtual trading platform with real-time market data, Monitoring and evaluation of individual and team trading performances and understanding the importance of support resistance, market entry and exit, etc.
