The Department of organized on 23rd September 2024, an Exposure Visit and Workshop on Data Analytics in at the Cybrom Technology, Bhopal. The participants, comprising students from the BA Economics Honours program , gained valuable insights into the practical applications of modern analytical tools, including Microsoft's Power BI software.
Students were exposed to the importance of data visualization in enhancing analytical outcomes and were guided through the process of transforming unstructured data into structured formats for comprehensive time series analysis. The session also highlighted potential career pathways in data science, demonstrating how students can leverage their academic background in economics to align with the growing field of data analytics.
