A team of B.Ed. students from The BSSS College, accompanied by Dr Sheena Thomas undertook an educational visit to the Bhopal campus of Central Sanskrit University on 28 October 2026.
During the visit, the team interacted with professors and university officials who shared insights into the institution's establishment in 2002, its multi-campus presence across India, and the wide range of educational programmes — from higher secondary education to professional courses such as B.Ed. and M.Ed.
The interactions also introduced the team to traditional practices, including numerology and priestly rituals, offering a deeper understanding of the university's efforts to sustain Sanskrit learning and India's cultural heritage.
The visit proved highly informative, giving the B.Ed. students valuable exposure to the academic environment, educational opportunities, and cultural significance of Central Sanskrit University.
