A 2-day international conference on Multidisciplinary Research Perspectives-2023 at The Bhopal School of Social Sciences ended on a grand note on 17th February 2023 with full scholarly pomp and showcasing of intellect from multidisciplinary fields.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest Mr. Lokendra Thakkar, Coordinator of Environmental and Pollution Control Officer, EPCO, and the Guest of Honor - Dr. Vivek Sharma, Dean and faculty of Mgt., Barkatullah University, Bhopal. The ceremony apprised the gathering with the highlights of the entire journey where the vision, theme of the conference, paper selection, and review process were been mentioned.
The session progressed with the address by Dr. Fr. John P.J. Principal, BSSS where he appreciated and congratulated the organizing committee and all the track in charges for coming up with a huge success. He also emphasized the importance of innovation, teaching-learning practices, and multidisciplinary approach in various disciplines in the university ecosystem.
Convenor, ICMRP - 2023 Dr. Lila Simon announced the Best Paper award, Best Poster award, Best Technical Session with maximum participants, Best Technical Session with maximum presenters, and the best institutional awards.
The Organizing Secretary Dr. Geetanjali Shrivastava shared the facts of the conference report which received more than 1700 participants and witnessed the research ideas on more than 145 topics wherein Day 1 came up with 16 parallel tracks whereas Day -2 had 10 technical sessions. A total of 29 experts and 32 chairpersons made the conference a gala event.
As this conference was the joint venture of the Research and Publication Cell, to make this grand valedictory a memorable moment Research Cell came up with the release of three books titled ‘Changing Retail Landscape’ authored by Ms. Pooja Sharma, ‘Hindi Vyakharan’ by Ms. Manju Mehta and ‘Business Regulatory Framework- Business Law’ by Mr. Binoy Arickal, Mr. Ashish Dilraj and Mr. Nitin Jain.
The Ceremony came to a closure by the vote of thanks by the Co-Convenor Dr. Sheena Thomas who expressed her deep sense of gratitude to all the honorable guests, dignitaries, faculty members, and students for their research contributions, valuable presence, efforts, and guidance.
