On March 20, 2024, 101 units of blood were donated in the blood donation camp under the joint aegis of PSWSA Social Work Department and National Service Scheme BSSS College. This is an important step taken enthusiastically towards a healthy and prosperous society.
Social Work Department and NSS for preparation of blood donation camp. Awareness programs were conducted by the students at various levels like street plays, personal invitations, online registration, social media messages and posters etc. Awareness programs were being run in the entire college for a week.
The program was organized in collaboration with Hamidia Blood Bank, which was started by college vice principal Dr. Sister Sonia, Father Jomi, Dr. Ritwik Gandhe, Dr. Dharmendra Bahadur Singh, Dr. Sheeba by cutting the ribbon.
Prominent members of PSWSA and NSS and Assistant Professor Dr. Richie Simon, Piyush Paudwal, Atul Vishwakarma Field Work Coordinator were present in the program to make the program successful.
