Annual Package of 7.60 Lakh for Two Students

The Placement Cell at Bhopal School of Social Sciences (BSSS) marked a key milestone by celebrating its Zero Day with a successful campus placement drive for the academic year 2025-26. Global consultancy firm Deloitte hired two M.Com students with an impressive package of 7.60 LPA.

This year, BSSS Placement Cell introduced several innovative initiatives to improve the placement process. The placement procedure has been fully automated to eliminate manual processes, significantly enhancing both efficiency and transparency. As part of this process, students are required to confirm their career progression path—whether they plan to pursue further studies, secure job placements, or embark on entrepreneurship—before they can participate in campus drives. Additionally, a personalized resume creation feature has been integrated using the MIS tool, ensuring that students present a professional, standardized resume tailored to their individual career goals.

The success of the Deloitte placement drive sets a promising precedent for future campus recruitment, with several multinational companies lined up to recruit BSSS students in the coming months.

Dr. Fr. John PJ, Principal, Sr. Leema Jacob, Vice Principal, Fr. Jomi Panithas, Dean Academics, and Dr. Manju Mehta, PRO of BSSS College, Bhopal congratulated Ashwani Kumar Gupta, Placement Cell In-Charge, for this milestone achievement, as well as the students who secured placements.
