Farewell Party is back on BSSS Campus

BSSS Bids Farewell to the Passing out Batch2K22 BSSS, Bhopal - With the academic year coming to an end the Bhopal School of Social Sciencesbid adieu to the UG & PG students of the outgoing batch on 21 May 2022. The ceremony began with the college anthem which reverberated the ambience with the patrioticfervor followed by the lighting of the lamp by Principal, BSSS Dr. Fr. John P.J. Vice Principal,Sr. Sonia Kurian etc. The lamp signified the removal of darkness and continuous upwardmovement of the flame denoted a path of wisdom and divinity.The welcome was addressed by Dr. Fr. John P.J. Principal, BSSS. His speech moved the finalyear students into their good old days they had spent in BSSS. As the final year students wereabout to start a brand-new journey of their lives, he enlightened & motivated the students withhis words of wisdom. He also insisted on to gear up for the upcoming challenges of their livesand wished them good luck for their future endeavors by saying “The journey of a thousandmiles begins with one step”. He also expressed that values of life should be imbedded on prioritybasis as inculcating integrity is the essence of life.The event titled ‘Bon Voyage’ was organized with a unique theme of ‘The Oscars’ where thefinal year students were felicitated with ‘Academy Awards of Merit’. Students were awardedwith the titles of some of the renowned pillars of BSSS i.e. Prof. Dr. J.K. Chawla Award, Dr. Sr.Faustina Pereira Memorial Award, Archbishop Eugene Memorial Awards, Prof. J.S. SaigalMemorial Award, Fr. Cyriac James Memorial Award, BSSS Silver Jubilee award etc. Mr. BSSS& Ms BSSS Awards. Ms. Pooja Gangwani was awarded with the title of Ms. Valedictorian2021-22. Some of the shining gems of the final years were rewarded with the cash prize as atoken of blessing from BSSS. The played documentary dived the final year in the past three years memories and reveries oftheir journey at BSSS. The entire auditorium echoed with the melodies of cultural, fusion,Punjabi themed dance performances & the thrilling Ramp Walk which pumped up the levels ofexcitement of the audience with a raised confidence & zeal. . The Guest of honor was given byMiss Earth India 2017- Ms. Shaan Suhas Kumar . ‘Rhythm’ the musical band of BSSS seizedthe vibrant time. Nostalgia was in the air with the song HUM RAHE YA NA RAHE…..sung byRhythm artists. The Drama Society of BSSS performed on the title “Expectation Vs. Reality”.The students unleashed their creative energy and put up beautiful arches and banners throughoutthe campus to celebrate the day. All of them reminisced the time they spent and the fun they hadalong with the rigor of the academics. The program ended with DJ Dance which created furiousenthusiasm in the atmosphere.
